  • Compliance: Ensuring all Salesforce developments comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and data encryption protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Defining testing strategies and supervising the creation of thorough test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and performance.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership or senior development role, with a track record of managing technical teams and delivering Salesforce projects.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are required; additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Technical Architect, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.
