Job Title: Port Health Manager

Gazelle Global Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Port Health Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, enforcing health regulations, and advising on port health issues to maintain public and environmental health standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections across the port to ensure compliance with national and international legislation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve public and environmental health standards within the port sector.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including government bodies, businesses, and the public, to represent the Port Health Service.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Health, recognized by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
  • Registered with the EHO Registration Board (EHORB) and a Chartered Member of CIEH.
  • Postgraduate qualification relevant to Port Health work, such as Food Safety.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
