About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Facilitites Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Nexgen Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise designated areas
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors (where appropriate)
  • Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
  • Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Working Hours and Pay:

  • 2 days per week, Tuesday and Friday
  • 3.5 hours per day
  • £11.44 per hour
  • £320.32 paid 4 weekly NOT CASH IN HAND

Requirements:

  • Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively
  • Strong customer service skills to interact courteously with clients
  • Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
