Job Title: Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of weekly & monthly financials
  • Support with the month end process including balance sheet reconciliations in a time efficient and consistent manner
  • Liaise with operational teams to confirm labour and costs for both Warehouse and Transport
  • Issue of purchases orders, receipts & resolution of queries
  • Creation of customer invoices

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience working in Finance
  • Ability to analyse, investigate and problem-solve numerical information
  • Ideally in process of gaining Finance qualifications such as AAT
