About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled IFA Administrator to join our team at Heat Recruitment.

Compensation: up to £32,000 per year

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to IFAs, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Support IFAs: Assist IFAs in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  2. Client Services: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Scheduling: Coordinate advisors' schedules and manage client meetings.
  4. Application Processing: Process financial applications, letters of authority, and investment transfers.
  5. Application Tracking: Monitor and follow up on pending applications, ensuring timely completion.
  6. Reporting: Prepare valuation reports and assist with portfolio reviews.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with IFAs, paraplanners, and administrative staff to deliver a unified client service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services administration or a comparable role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft, Aviva, and IO software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and insurance.
  • Compliance Awareness: Understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
