Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team at Belinda Roberts Ltd in Crewe. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our business.

The successful candidate will have around 6 months of experience in Finance Admin, with basic knowledge of finance principles and practices. They will also possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The job involves verifying and entering all stock receipts, confirming delivered quantities for the previous day's deliveries, processing stock adjustments, reconciling daily bulk stocks, and balancing miscellaneous stock reconciliation. The right candidate will also help develop processes for continuous improvement and ensure sufficient controls are always in place.

Requirements
  • Experience in Finance Admin (around 6 months)
  • Basic knowledge of finance principles and practices
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
