Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of different customers, from quiet coffee breaks to lively celebrations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
