Job Title: Bar and Waiting TeamAbout the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Bar and Waiting Team as a Front of House Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves happy and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver 14 great shifts, ensuring consistency and quality in our service.
  • Adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of each customer, whether they're looking for a quiet coffee or a lively celebration.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
