About the Role
As a member of our Front of House team at Tesco Cafe, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. Your dedication to providing excellent service and your knowledge of health and safety standards will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities
  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain food freshness by following FIFO stock rotation and adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Accept deliveries and handle the safe storage of food, ensuring that our cafe remains clean and organized.
  • Clear and sanitize tables, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives, ensuring that you are always informed and engaged.
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks for customers, ensuring that they are served to the highest standard.
