Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch in Sharston. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, managing the full operation of the branch, and driving sales, margin, and overheads to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational targets
  • Manage the branch layout and ensure compliance with safety, storage efficiency, and housekeeping standards
  • Monitor and control sales, margin, and overheads to achieve best-in-class financial performance
  • Champion a Stay Safe culture and promote a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
Requirements:

We are looking for a Branch Manager with:

Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfactionStrong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to delegate and empower colleaguesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliersCommercial acumen and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisionsWhat We Offer:
