Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch in Sharston. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, managing the full operation of the branch, and driving sales, margin, and overheads to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage the branch layout to ensure it meets safety, storage efficiency, and housekeeping standards
  • Lead, motivate, and engage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and control sales, margin, and overheads to ensure financial performance meets expectations
  • Champion a Stay Safe culture across the branch and promote a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
Requirements:

We are looking for a Branch Manager who has:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation
