Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our branch in Sharston. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, managing the full operation of the branch, and driving sales, margin, and overheads to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and operational targets
- Manage the branch layout and ensure compliance with safety, storage efficiency, and housekeeping standards
- Monitor and control sales, margin, and overheads to achieve best-in-class financial performance
- Champion a Stay Safe culture and promote a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing
We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in a similar role, who possesses strong leadership, operational management, sales, and customer service skills. You should be highly adaptable, resilient, and tenacious with high levels of energy and drive.
