Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with other specialist workers to offer group-based interventions to families.
  • Utilize the Family Safeguarding Model to identify and address the needs of children and families.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support families in achieving positive change.
  • Provide high-quality reflective supervision to strengthen information sharing and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Recognized Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
  • Current driving license and use of a car.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Experience of managing complex cases and risk.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, and policies.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills.
