About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the defence and security sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert current sales pipeline into firm orders
  • Accurately record all activity using our CRM system
  • Identify and prioritise prospects with highest PWin
  • Travel extensively within target region, reflecting prior strengths and experience
  • Regularly visit clients and promote products at recognised sector trade shows
  • Develop relationships with potential new customers
  • Help to develop comprehensive programme capture plans
  • Develop evolving short and long-term business development plans
  • Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Build pipeline value year on year
Requirements
  • Defence or Security sector sales experience
  • Experience in either Hardware or software Sales
  • Ability to obtain UK security clearance
  • Able to communicate new concepts and technology solutions effectively
  • Full UK Driving licence and ability to travel internationally
