About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Atlas FM. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our East and South East London areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed client expectations while operating within agreed budgets.
  • Recruit, induct, and train suitable staff, ensuring compliance with vetting procedures.
  • Maintain staff numbers at agreed levels to maintain contract standards.
  • Control wage spend in line with agreed budgets set by the Regional Manager and Account Director.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery on a monthly basis through client meetings, monthly call logs, and complaints reports.
  • Carry out frequent site visits to ensure service delivery is being met, escalating any issues to the relevant Regional Manager.
  • Conduct random and pre-planned audits, including compliance and quality checks, on a monthly basis.
  • Develop strategies to reduce staff turnover, including induction programs, training, feedback, performance management, and personal coaching.
  • Oversee the site-based training matrix to ensure training is delivered.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation.
  • Ensure products, equipment, and materials are properly stored, used, maintained, and ordered within agreed budgets.
  • Ensure all Atlas FM personnel follow site rules and maintain a smart appearance.
  • Follow the Company's grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensure activities are undertaken in line with quality management, health and safety, legal requirements, environmental policies, and duty of care.
  • Uphold, safeguard, and promote the Company's values and philosophy relating to ethics, integrity, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Complete electronic time and attendance records.
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is compassionate, quick to respond to hygienic safety concerns in busy environments, and has experience in people management. Ideally, someone who is based within the area, enjoys a proactive role, and maintains strong relationships with clients and staff.
