About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at KITRI. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and increasing conversion rates through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Manage and execute daily digital operations across e-commerce, performance, and email marketing to drive sales growth and increase conversion rates.
  • Optimize Customer Journey: Drive conversion by creating a smooth and exciting customer journey through best-in-class UX, UI, and navigation on our website.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Brand and Content Manager to secure the right level of content to be used across marketing channels, including packshots, e-commerce & lookbook imagery, video, and campaign assets.
  • Digital Strategy Alignment: Align digital strategy and calendar to ensure timely and successful collection launches and promotions.
  • E-commerce Promotional Calendar: Own the e-commerce promotional calendar and manage the end-to-end delivery of promotional activity to meet sales targets.
  • Performance Marketing: Oversee performance marketing channel activity ensuring all channels meet ROI and CPA targets through continuous testing and optimizations.
  • Email Strategy: Build and lead an innovative email strategy to increase customer base and promote loyalty.
  • Marketing Budget Management: Contribute to the development of the overall marketing budget and its management.
  • Agency Management: Lead and manage external digital agencies (performance marketing & web development).
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years with management experience in e-commerce and marketing, preferably as a senior assistant for a fashion business ready to take the next step.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and convert insight into action.
  • SEO and Performance Marketing: Solid understanding of SEO and performance marketing.
  • Email Marketing: Solid experience of email marketing platform - Klaviyo preferable.
  • Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, can-do attitude and always striving for excellence in every aspect of your work.
  • Teamwork: Experience working in a small team but work well autonomously, and be a team player.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management and coordination with external agencies.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive, and take initiative.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and excellent written English.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with productivity tools. Basic graphic design skills and experience with photo editing software is a plus.
