About the Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will cover the Northern Ireland territory, spending 70% of your time on the road meeting clients and potential new customers. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Close and maximise sales opportunities in line with sales targets
  • Follow up calls with customers to check the status of proposals
  • Manage and update quotations on the CRM system
  • Hit and exceed sales targets set and agreed with the Sales Director
  • Prioritise prospecting for potential new customers to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in construction sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
