Job Title: Head of CRM

Insight Investment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its CRM efforts. As the business owner for Salesforce, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing internal reporting and research on behalf of Distribution, including strategy, planning, governance, competitor, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a positive interface between business users and IT teams.
  • Ensure key user groups have a voice in development, strategy, and prioritization.
  • Drive forward the development of Salesforce and deliver business benefits.
  • Work with users to promote best practice in terms of Salesforce use.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for user queries and deliver user training.
  • Ensure Salesforce is focused on delivering business insights and a positive ROI.
  • Analyse data and present business insights to senior leadership teams within Distribution.

Requirements:

  • Understands our wider business strategy and how Salesforce can support it.
  • Is a self-starter who takes ownership and sets ambitious goals that focus on critical business outcomes.
  • Challenges obstacles that impede delivery and searches for all solutions to a challenge.
  • A creative problem solver with a good feel for data structure and analysis.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent relationship building skills.
  • Organised and planning discipline.
  • Able to explain complex concepts and present clearly.
