About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Time Recovery Worker to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Sandwell Borough. As a key member of our team, you will provide person-centred care to adults experiencing mental health difficulties, working collaboratively with a diverse client group in a dynamic community setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with acute mental health needs, promoting recovery and well-being in their own homes.
  • Work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in health or social care or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with people with acute mental health difficulties, including those with complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of clients.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
