The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Forensic psychiatry and strong knowledge of Clinical Governance and adherence to regulatory frameworks. They will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care for patients referred to and using the services of the hospital, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure clients receive a holistic and person-centric care and treatment programme based on the recovery model.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality clinical care for patients referred to and using the services of the hospital.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure clients receive a holistic and person-centric care and treatment programme based on the recovery model.
  • Take clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds and risk reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff.
  • Engage in clinical governance and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring continuous high-quality care.
  • Foster relationships with external stakeholders and maintain a network of professional contacts.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and meet Revalidation requirements.

**What We Offer:**
