Psychiatrist with Expertise in Neurorehabilitation

Burton Park is a leading neurorehabilitation provider seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team. Our services are delivered through a multi-disciplinary approach, focusing on providing holistic care to patients with complex mental health needs.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with experts from psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, physiotherapy, social work, and medical professionals. As a member of the Independent Neurorehabilitation Providers Alliance (INPA), we are committed to delivering high-quality care that helps patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in forensic psychiatry and strong knowledge of clinical governance and adherence to regulatory frameworks. They will also hold a CCST / CCT (or equivalent) in the relevant areas of psychiatry and have experience working in inpatient settings with people with significant mental health difficulties.

Key responsibilities include providing high-quality clinical care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously to agreed short and medium-term objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £**90,000-£120,000** per annum, depending on experience, as well as generous annual leave entitlement and opportunities for career progression within a leading healthcare provider.
