**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in the West Midlands, working closely with individuals who require rehabilitation and support due to physical disabilities. As a leader in occupational therapy, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing personalized plans, and implementing interventions to promote independence and quality of life.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide functional assessments for people with physical disabilities, including complex paediatric cases, in community and hospital settings.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Recommend and assess specialist equipment and major adaptations to meet individual needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Proven experience working with people of all ages who have physical disabilities, ideally in both community and hospital settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
