At Auto Windscreens, we're committed to innovation and excellence in the automotive glazing industry. As a Service Centre Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current KPIs and targets as a Technician
  • Maintain standards of the Service Centre
  • Provide help and support to all colleagues and customers
  • Support the Service Centre Manager with stock management
  • Manage the Service Centre during absence and annual leave
  • Provide operational information and feedback to management teams
  • Liaise closely with Technicians, Service Centre Manager, and Area Manager
  • Ensure H&S standards and processes are maintained
  • Control and replenish consumable stocks
  • Arrange regular collection of glass and chemical waste

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good level of competence in planning and organizing workload
  • Flexible approach to work demands
  • Proactive self-motivator
