We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Centre Lead to join our Vermelo RPO team in Exeter. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our service centre.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and guide a team of technicians to achieve their KPIs and targets.

You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, providing support and guidance to colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of the service centre.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.

  • Maintain current KPIs and targets as a technician
  • Ensure the service centre operates efficiently and effectively
