Our team is dedicated to finding the right candidates for our clients, and we are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The Role

You will be working with children with Autism, Learning Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour, Dyslexia, ADHD, SEMH, and many more.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support pupils in the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
  • Implement individualised support plans and help students achieve their full potential.
Requirements
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childhood Studies or a Teaching Assistant course.
  • Relevant experience working with children with special needs in a school setting.
  • Additional training certificates such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach are desirable.
  • A genuine interest in helping children with extra needs.
What We Can Offer
  • A salary of approximately £20,000 - £25,000 per annum.
  • A £100 joining bonus.
