We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special needs in our schools across Cannock and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide individualized support to pupils within the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to implement specialized support plans and help students achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Level 2 or 3 qualification in childhood studies or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with special needs students, preferably in a school setting.
  • Additional training certificates in SEN, such as MAPA, Makaton, or Team Teach, would be beneficial.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with extra needs.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of £18-22 per hour, along with a £100 joining bonus.
