About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing national UK grocers and high-street retailers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is passionate about sustainability and feminine care.

Job Summary
Manage national UK grocers and high-street retailers. Hold full P&L responsibility for your designated accounts. Actively prospect for and win new accounts. Hold full responsibility for forecasting, JBPs, and commercial negotiations. Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify new gaps and opportunities. Report back to the business on performance.

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with a UK grocer or health-focused high-street retailer at national level.
  • A background in FMCG (open to category).
  • A hunter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An interest in sustainability and feminine care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel to London once a week.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including £45,000 per year, plus additional benefits such as equity and annual bonus. You will also receive industry-leading holiday entitlement, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays + wellness days + Christmas leave.
