FMCG Sales Development Manager

At Permanent Futures, we are seeking an ambitious Junior Grocery Account Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting a portfolio of Top-tier UK Grocery accounts and working closely with the Senior National Account Manager and Business Unit Head to meet the company's ambitious goals.
About the Role:
This is an excellent chance to develop your skills in sales development, negotiation, and account management within a fast-paced, growing FMCG category. You will be responsible for:
• Supporting across a portfolio of Top-tier UK Grocery accounts
• Working with the SNAM and Business Unit Head to successfully negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Assisting with Profit and Loss (P+L) management, completing sales reporting and forecasting in collaboration with the Category team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 2-3 years' experience supporting or managing UK Grocery Accounts
• The ability to work at pace within a challenger brand environment
• An ambitious mindset and desire to progress within the FMCG industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 25 holiday days plus bank holidays, subsidised gym membership, and amazing development and progression opportunities.
