Job Description

As an Occupational Safety Manager at SGN, you will be responsible for promoting and encouraging compliance with all health, safety, and environmental legislation and company standards. This includes leading on internal compliance, assurance audits, inspections, onsite technical inspections, and providing feedback to stakeholders.

You will be involved in Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety, Environmental Safety, Wellbeing, Cultural and Behavioural Safety. Additionally, you will lead on and/or assist with the development and implementation of safety bulletins, incident learning information & procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to influence in a clear, persuasive, and straightforward way, and develop effective relationships with colleagues.
