Senior Registered Nurse Opportunity

Spire Cheshire Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their Surgical Ward team. This is a permanent full-time role, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively promoting best practice and contributing to quality improvements. They will support in assessing patients' health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, and assist in delivering care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements
  • Support in assessing patients' health and well-being
  • Assist in delivering care to meet individuals' health and wellbeing needs
  • Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
  • Develop own knowledge and skills, and that of others
  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security
  • Assist in maintaining and developing services

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be NMC registered, with no restrictions or conditions on their pin. They will be compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care, with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Surgical Ward experience is essential.
