NFP People is seeking a skilled Youth Charity Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our members and visitors.

Your duties will include managing the reception area, handling phone calls and enquiries, maintaining membership databases efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for welcoming new members, ensuring Junior members leave sessions safely, and adhering to health and safety requirements and child protection/safeguarding procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £16 per hour, depending on experience. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proactive and positive, and demonstrate a 'can do' approach. Previous experience in managing or supervising a reception desk or entrance point is desirable.
