Teenage Helpline is a dynamic UK-based charity dedicated to providing peer-support networks for young people. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Youth Services Development Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs that equip our Youth Services team with the necessary skills to provide exceptional support to young people. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our charity and ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training and development materials for our Youth Services team.
  • Facilitate the delivery of training programs and ensure seamless implementation across the team.
  • Collaborate with our Youth Services Assistants to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to align training objectives with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a training or development role, preferably in a non-profit or charity setting.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
