Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a non-medical care worker in Burton-on-Trent. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
As a non-medical care worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Accompanying clients on outings or appointments
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and their families
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A caring and compassionate personality
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Two professional references and two personal references
- Evening and weekend availability
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as most clients receive care in their own homes or require accompaniment to appointments or outings
