About the Role:Job Summary:
This role involves planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting apprentices in the Early Years Education sector. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of working in the Early Years and/or Schools sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Conduct skills reviews, develop individualized training plans, maintain candidate records, and perform workplace observations.
- Training: Create tailored action plans, deliver workplace training, support English and Maths training, and provide tutorial support on various topics.
- Coordination and Support: Monitor candidate progress, record and report on Additional Learning Support, and provide apprenticeship program information to employers and employees.
Requirements:
- Hold a qualification or have experience in the subject area.
- Have up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Hold Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
- Have experience of working with employers in a training or customer relations role.
- Able to develop strong professional relationships with employers and learners.
- Strong IT skills and willing to work with e-portfolio's.
- Can motivate learners and ensure they complete on time.
- Hold a full driving licence, have own vehicle, and be willing to travel to customer sites.
- High levels of motivation and the ability to use own initiative.
