Main Responsibilities- Drive sales from incoming inquiries and leads
- Provide expert product advice and guidance to customers
- Upsell and cross-sell other products during the sales process
- Perform general sales administrative tasks, maintaining accurate and organized records

- Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strive to achieve sales targets
- Enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a track record of success in sales
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and ability to listen to customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- General understanding of website functions and Microsoft Office
