Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped Commission - OTE £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30
We are seeking a motivated, experienced, results-driven individual with a passion for sales to join our growing team at Vent Engineering. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of sales strategies and tactics
