We are searching for an experienced and motivated Service Foreman for our London, Ontario dealership. This role involves constant interaction with customers while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will act as a positive liaison between technicians, the service manager, parts/service department, and customers.

$2 shift premium when working afternoons.

Training premium for online training completion (Cummins, Navistar, Isuzu).

Shifts: 6:00am-3:30pm, 2:30pm-12:00am.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings with service employees to communicate shift goals, assign tasks, review safety requirements, and share customer feedback.
  2. Direct, train, coach, and mentor team members to drive results.
  3. Perform quality inspections of all PM & shop repairs. Provide immediate coaching as needed.
  4. Review daily repair orders at the end of every shift ensuring time, task, and parts accuracy.
  5. Determine if repairs qualify for warranty, keeping in contact with administrators.
  6. Recommend shop tooling and equipment requirements to managers.
  7. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  8. Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years Shop Supervisor/Foreman experience preferred.
  • Valid 310T License for a minimum of 1-3 years.
  • AZ/DZ license is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Knowledge of Karmak/Fusion and Decisiv programs is an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and motivation to drive results.
  • Ability to adapt to daily changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and a team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong Health and Safety Focus.
  • Knowledge of Cummins, Navistar, Isuzu, and Eaton would be an asset.
