About the RoleThis position requires providing friendly and supportive services for individuals with dementia while also assisting with daily tasks, personal cares, and housework. Due to our 24-hour, 7-day coverage, weekend work is necessary.
What We're Looking For- A minimum of 6 months' experience in aged care, specifically in dementia care.
- Knowledge of Health & Disability Sector Standards.
- A valid NZ Health & Wellbeing Certificate Level 4 or equivalent.
- Sensitivity, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent care.
- Honesty, reliability, and integrity are essential qualities.
