About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Governance and Risk Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading improvements in governance, risk, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed new risk register processes and improve reporting across the business
  • Provide assurance around regulatory compliance and drive data protection improvements
  • Manage a small team of corporate support colleagues and lead teams effectively
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Experience in the social housing sector or a related field
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to work with boards and provide strategic guidance
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management principles
