Our school in Birmingham is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Primary Class Teacher to join our team on a fixed term basis. This exciting opportunity involves delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a positive classroom environment, and collaborating with colleagues to support pupil development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum, promoting academic and personal growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where every child feels valued and supported.
  • Utilise assessment data to track pupil progress and ensure all learners make excellent academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support pupil development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching across Key Stages.
  • A thorough understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships.
  • A passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience.
