About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Biostatistics Analysts, Data Science Programmers, and Business Excellence Analysts. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills in data analysis, programming, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Biostatistics Analyst, you will work closely with our Biostatistics team to design and analyze clinical trials, develop statistical models, and interpret results.
  • As a Data Science Programmer, you will work with our Clinical Programming team to develop and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures for clinical trial reporting.
  • As a Business Excellence Analyst, you will work with our Business Excellence & Analytics team to develop and maintain tools and dashboards, contribute to process improvements, and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Currently studying a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, and Python.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
