Job Overview

Central London Community Health Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Wound Care Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our Tissue Viability service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex wounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of specialist and generalist practice in wound management, working closely with the wider Tissue Viability team.
  • Support the Tissue Viability team in teaching and educating others on wound care best practices.
  • Act as an expert resource for wound management, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other teams in Barnet to deliver Tissue Viability services and education.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in wound care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as part of a team. You will also need to be familiar with the latest wound care guidelines and best practices.
