Residential Care Management Job

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Care Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Job Description
  • Provide strategic leadership to the care team, ensuring exceptional care and support services are delivered.
  • Maintain a culture of kindness, empathy, and compassion within the care home.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
What We Offer
  • £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Excellent performance-related bonus scheme.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Full DBS disclosure paid.
  • Annual NMC PIN renewal paid.

Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a nursing home or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven marketing and business skills in the private care sector.
