Food and Beverage Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join the Benugo team at our St Katherine's Docks location.

This is a Monday to Friday operation with shifts ranging from 7am to 5pm.

The successful candidate will work 40-45 hours weekly with opportunity for overtime.

Rate: £12.95 per hour (£12.50 during probation)

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

About the role:

  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot beverages to maintain Benugo standards.
  • Organize the team on each shift and allocate duties as necessary.
  • Train, support, and develop the team to deliver consistently excellent results, using appropriate tools.
  • Ensure product and staff availability to required levels.
  • Liaise with FOH and BOH teams to ensure product excellence and availability, correct ordering, and stock control.
  • Assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence.
  • Assist the site manager with closing procedures.
  • Demonstrate commitment to Benugo's customer service excellence.
  • Ensure customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard.
  • Ensure food and health and safety standards are always followed.
