About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Benugo Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to achieve excellent results
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver consistently high-quality service
  • Ensure the availability of products and staff to meet customer demand
  • Liaise with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist the manager in the day-to-day running of the shop and act as deputy in their absence
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and motivate others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
