We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at FatFace. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision, values, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a global social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision, values, and business goals.
- Define target audiences for various social channels and tailor content strategies to engage these segments effectively.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content across social media platforms.
- Identify and build relationships with content creators, influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners.
- Manage content creator campaigns and collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Foster and maintain a strong online community through active engagement and customer interaction.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance to inform future strategies.
- Identify key social media trends, platform updates, and innovations to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
- Lead and develop a social & PR team, fostering a creative and innovative culture.
- Previous social media marketing experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent understanding of social media channels and their unique intricacies.
- Proven experience devising and executing brand social media & influencer strategy on time and within budget.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, manage multiple projects, and prioritise workload effectively.
- Ability to create and execute activity with a clear objective in mind, such as reach, customer acquisition, or community engagement.
- Ability to analyse data to produce insight reports.
- Strong team player, able to work cross-functionally & build internal & external relationships.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead a team and provide direction with passion and enthusiasm.
