**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager Trainer to join our team at Skills Builder Partnership. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering training programs for programme managers, facilitators, and mentors.

**Job Summary:**

The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding practice in building learners' abilities and experience in planning and delivering training. You will be responsible for leading strategic planning meetings with senior leaders in organizations and supporting them to meet the criteria for achieving an Impact Level.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Planning and refining training materials
  • Creating bespoke program content and resources
  • Supporting partner organizations to embed the Skills Builder Framework into their own program content

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per year
  • Flexible working hours (28-40 hours per week)
  • 25 days of annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 30 days

UK fully remote or London (hybrid working with 1+ days in the office per week)
