As a trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging online and in-classroom sessions, providing support to students through small group tutorials and one-on-one coaching, conducting assessments, and contributing to the development of teaching materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or a related field, with a strong understanding of public sector accounting practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CIPFA's Professional Accountancy Qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
