About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Consult Health Team at ENGINEERINGUK. As an Associate Director/Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-profile healthcare projects and working closely with clients to ensure their objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on end-to-end service delivery for large and complex commissions, ensuring client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added commercial management service.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and write procurement reports to inform project decisions.
  • Apply value management techniques at the outset of projects to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  • Manage estimating and cost planning activities, taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the procurement process, ensuring effective prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
  • Negotiate and agree final accounts with clients.
  • Serve as a key interface with clients, stakeholders, and other consultants throughout all project stages.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree and membership in a relevant institute.
  • Proven experience leading on large projects or capital programmes within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, estimating, valuations, cost reporting, and financial modelling.
  • Digital savviness and ability to build lasting client relationships while leading high-performing teams in a commercial environment.

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of £80,000-110,000, depending on experience.
