About the Role:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Design and deliver compelling business propositions to attract corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive long-term success.
  • Utilise CRM tools - Salesforce - to track customer interactions and sales performance.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of growing and retaining client accounts, as well as a sales process management background. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, with telecoms experience being a significant advantage.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum
  • £25,000 OTC (uncapped)
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid working arrangements, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, birthday leave, workplace pension scheme, health cash plan scheme, company-paid sick pay, life assurance, and statutory family leave pay
